Rental Income Distribution

Rental income generated by each property is collected by SurgeXRP's property management partners, net of management fees and operational expenses.

Net income is then converted to RLUSD and distributed proportionally to all token holders on a regular basis, directly to their SurgeXRP dashboard.

Investors can choose to:

• Withdraw their rental income to their XRP wallet at any time

• Re-invest income into additional property tokens to compound their portfolio
