# SurgeXRP Ecosystem

Products That Make Up The SurgeXRP RWAFI Suite

The SurgeXRP Ecosystem is a full-stack Real-World Asset Finance (RWAFI) platform built natively on the XRP Ledger.\
\
Our platform gives anyone in the world access to institutional-quality real estate investing tools that were previously reserved for the ultra-wealthy.

At its core, SurgeXRP tokenizes high-yield rental properties and makes fractional ownership accessible with as little as a few dollars.

But the ecosystem goes far beyond simple property ownership.

As the platform matures, SurgeXRP will offer a complete suite of financial primitives built on top of real-world property assets.

The four pillars of the SurgeXRP Ecosystem are:

**Real Estate Marketplace:** Buy fractional ownership in tokenized rental properties\
\
**DAO Governance:** Vote on decisions affecting your properties\
\
**RWA-Backed Lending:** Borrow RLUSD against your property tokens\
\
**Staking Vaults:** Stake rental income for additional passive yield

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.surgexrp.com/surgexrp-ecosystem.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
