Property token holders have the right to participate in governance decisions related to their assets. Through SurgeXRP's on-chain DAO governance system, token holders can:

• Submit proposals related to property management decisions

• Vote on platform upgrades and treasury allocations

• Participate in decisions regarding asset disposals or refinancings

Voting weight is proportional to token holdings, ensuring that investors with greater skin in the game have proportionally greater influence over decisions.
