# RWA-Backed Lending

Use Your Tokenized RWAs To Access Loans (Coming Q1 2027)

Use your property tokens as collateral to access instant RLUSD liquidity without selling your assets.

The SurgeXRP Lending Vault allows token holders to borrow against the value of their portfolio at competitive loan-to-value (LTV) ratios, with loans over-collateralized to protect lenders.

**How it works:**

* Deposit your property tokens as collateral
* Borrow RLUSD up to a defined LTV ratio (e.g., 50%)
* Repay your loan at any time to retrieve your collateral
* Failure to repay by maturity triggers a liquidation process

Lenders who supply RLUSD to the lending pool earn a competitive, RWA-backed yield on their capital.
